book, often referred to as the poker bible, is truly one of the most
important books on poker ever written. It was written in 1978 under the
original title “How I Made Over $1,000,000 Playing Poker” by two-time
World Champion Doyle Brunson (1976 and 1977).

basic strategy, get understandable advice, or find one of the few books
with meaningful Omaha strategy.
For being a professional poker player, rather than a writer, Phil
Hellmuth succeeds in bringing out his advice in a surprisingly
pedagogical way, with first-class humor and clever language.
